• Could also be used for family kayaking, paddle-boarding and sailing and have a sandy shore to make sandcastles.

• Could include picnic areas, gear hire like life jackets, kayaks and bikes etc, a café or restaurant and landscape features like a waterfall and bridge.

• Could have a walking/running/biking track around the outside.
